This is the piano accompaniment to Salut D'Amour Op 12 by Edward Elgar. You will hear 2 clicks before beat 1 of the first measure. I chose not to go too fast or slow, but remember this can be played at many different tempos. Especially when it comes to the ritardandos it can be tricky to line up with a recording.
